I grew up in an Italian household involving copious amounts of cooking, baking, & most importantly, eating. I took interest in the dynamics of the kitchen at a very young age and insisted on helping out whenever possible. As a 20-something today, I’ve taken that same passion and twisted my ways in the kitchen to be (mostly) healthy and nutrient-rich.
